Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders ship from our facility in Australia within 1-2 business days of receipt and generally arrive at your doorstep 3-5 days later. International orders ship Worldwide with delivery duty paid. Fast. Simple. An experience on par with what you've come to expect of us. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships, so you can follow your order to your doorstep.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to New Zealand, United States, Canada, all of The EU and almost all of Europe, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Singapore presently with many more markets coming very soon. If you're looking to purchase from another country please drop us a line and let us know which one, as we keep a list to help prioritise where to expand to next! info@mrjonesskincare.au
Return and Refund Policy
Returns
At Mr Jones Grooming Collection, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@mrjonesskincare.au with your order details.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund if we find that our policies have been abused. Any determination of abuse shall be at our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
